The Tennessee Articulation & Transfer System is operated by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. We are committed to protecting the privacy of students, advisors, and administrators who use this system.

FERPA Compliance

This system complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Student education records are protected and disclosed only in accordance with FERPA regulations. Personally identifiable information from education records is not shared without proper consent or legal authorization.

Data Collection

The system collects only the information necessary to provide transfer credit evaluation and academic pathway guidance. This may include course information, institution selections, and transfer calculations performed during a session.

Data Retention

Session data used for transfer calculations is not permanently stored unless you explicitly save your results. Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be retained to improve the system.
